Every month, EPNI convenes the community at the Building, Land Use, and Housing (BLUH) meeting to discuss proposed changes to the neighborhood.

Lock & Dam Project Amanda will share information about the US Army Corps of Engineers recommendation that the federal government fully dispose of the Upper Lock at St. Anthony Falls to a willing party. The Friends of the Falls is advocating for the continued ownership and maintenance of the Upper Lock by the US Army Corps of Engineer and that property not required for operations be transferred to the City of Minneapolis or its designee for public use. The Corps is accepting public comment on its recommendation through March 18. Request: Individuals submit public comment letter to the US Army Corps of Engineers by midnight on March 18.
