Come celebrate Earth Day on Tuesday, April 22nd, Noon-4:30pm, with your neighbors by getting outside and cleaning up and caring for our Elliot Park neighborhood! Meet up at Elliot Park Rec Center, 1000 E. 14th Street to enjoy some light refreshments and help pitch in and beautify our neighborhood we love!

(Rain date: In the event of rain / inclement weather, the event will be moved to the following Tuesday, April 29th, 12:00-4:30pm.)

Both clean-up shifts will begin and end at the Elliot Park & Rec Center location, to pick up and drop off cleanup supplies, hear a brief training, and be split into clean-up teams to focus on cleaning up one of the four quadrants of our Elliot Park neighborhood. 

We will host two clean-up shifts, with food in between, per the following schedule:

SHIFT 1: 12:00 noon - 2:00pm:
                  at 12:00 noon: Shift 1 event welcome, photo, training & supplies pickup; break into cleanup teams!
                  at 2:00pm: meet back at Elliot Park to drop off supplies and any additional bags of trash/recycles.

BREAK:  2:00-2:30pm: Enjoy some snacks and chat with your neighbors, back at Elliot Park!

SHIFT 2: 2:30-4:30pm:
                 at 2:30pm: Shift 2 event welcome, photo, training & supplies pickup; break into cleanup teams!
                 at 4:30pm: meet back at Elliot Park to drop off supplies and any additional bags of trash/recycles.
