The Minneapolis Art Wraps are a collection of original utility box designs created by local artists. These designs have been pre-approved by the Minneapolis Arts Commission for use by the public through a public art permit. These new wraps are to add a little color to the new lighting project that is occurring in Elliot Park as well!
