In partnership with Hennepin Healthcare and North Central University, Elliot Park Neighborhood, Inc (EPNI) is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic.

LOCATION: North Central University Gymnasium, 1410 Elliot Ave S, Minneapolis 55404

DOSE #1: Saturday, May 15, 9 AM - 12 PM

DOSE #2: Saturday, June 5, 9 AM - 12 PM

PLEASE NOTE: You must receive both doses for maximum protection. Please attend both clinics.

This clinic is open to anyone age 12+. No ID or insurance is needed.
