In partnership with Hennepin Healthcare and North Central University, Elliot Park Neighborhood, Inc (EPNI) is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic.

LOCATION: NCU Gymnasium, 910 Elliot Ave

DOSE #1: Saturday, May 15, 9 AM - 12 PM

DOSE #2: Saturday, June 5, 9 AM - 12 PM

PLEASE NOTE: You must receive both doses for maximum protection. Please attend both clinics.

Pre-registration is required. No ID or insurance needed. Open to all community members age 16 or older.
